Streamlining the creative process…the elusive and mysterious attainment of some smooth pathway from inception to manifestation. I would like to master it before I leave this world. In the meantime, I drop the ball…and then I pick it up again…making mistakes…hopefully learning and growing along the way. Evolution may be an ongoing process, but each song is like a snap shot in time. Technically, this one represents an effort to simplify, make intentional production choices, and leave space for the music to breathe…for the lyrics and vocals to take center stage. It is an ambient, downtempo, EDM remake of Letting the Cables Sleep by Bush.
